Privacy Policy
LogLogic · Last updated: May 3, 2026
This policy describes how Xu Xiuzhen (“we,” “us,” or “Developer”) handles information when you use the LogLogic mobile application (the “App”) on iOS and Android.
By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. What LogLogic does
LogLogic is a professional productivity companion. It helps you capture and organize short work “clues” (notes and optional voice clips),
generate AI-assisted daily and periodic reports based on your content, sync data across devices when signed in, and optionally offer subscriptions via Apple App Store and Google Play.
Features available to you depend on your account type and subscription level.
2. Data we collect
- Account & authentication. If you sign in, we receive identifiers from your chosen provider (such as Google or Apple Sign-In)
and basic profile data as permitted by that provider (for example, user ID, email, and display metadata).
- Content you create. Text notes, clues, transcripts, voice metadata, attachments, report drafts, and related operational metadata needed to run App features.
- Voice (optional). When you choose to record, microphone input is captured for transcription and report features you request. We do not record in the background without user action.
- Subscription & billing status. Purchase or entitlement state provided by Apple App Store or Google Play, only to verify your subscription status and unlock paid features — we do not receive your full payment card details.
- Technical & diagnostics. Device/app version, platform, error and performance signals, and anti-abuse/security logs required for reliability and incident response.
3. How we use data
We process data from three primary sources: (a) data you provide directly, (b) data generated by app usage, and (c) data returned by integrated providers (for example, sign-in and subscription platforms).
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App (including AI features and cloud sync).
- Authenticate you, protect accounts, and prevent abuse or fraud.
- Process subscriptions and show correct membership features and quotas.
- Respond to support requests and legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private content to train public or third-party foundation models.
4. Service providers and processing roles
The App uses the following third-party providers to deliver service functions:
- Supabase (backend infrastructure): authentication, database, storage, and server functions used to operate account and synced content features.
- Apple Sign-In / Google Sign-In (identity providers): authenticate users and provide identity claims permitted by your provider settings.
- RevenueCat (subscription infrastructure): purchase validation, entitlement state, and subscription lifecycle events for paid feature access.
- Apple App Store / Google Play (store/payment systems): billing and subscription transactions according to store rules.
- Google Gemini (AI inference service): processes submitted prompts/audio/text to generate transcripts and reports requested by the user.
These providers are required to protect data and use it only for service delivery, subject to their terms and applicable law.
5. Microphone permission and voice handling
- The microphone is requested only when you actively use voice capture features.
- If permission is denied, core non-voice functionality remains available.
- Recorded voice is used to provide transcription and related report generation features requested by you.
- We apply technical processing controls (for example, format normalization and secure transport) to improve reliability and protect data in transit.
6. Authentication details (including Apple Sign-In)
- When you sign in, we receive account identifiers and profile fields authorized by the selected provider.
- For Apple Sign-In, we may receive your Apple user identifier and email address (including Apple private relay email when enabled), as provided by Apple.
- Apple Sign-In data is used only for account authentication, account linking, session management, fraud/security checks, and support troubleshooting.
- Authentication tokens and sessions are stored and processed only as needed for secure login and access control, subject to retention and deletion rules in this policy.
- We do not use Apple Sign-In account data for advertising profiling, and we do not sell that data.
7. Subscription and RevenueCat details
- RevenueCat and store platforms provide subscription status data (for example: active entitlement, renewal, cancellation, grace/billing states where applicable).
- We use this status to grant or restrict paid features in the App.
- Payment card details are handled by Apple/Google/store payment systems and are not stored by us.
8. Storage, security, and transfers
Data is processed on secure cloud infrastructure (including services such as Supabase and related providers). We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS),
access controls, and operational safeguards proportionate to data sensitivity. If data is stored or processed in jurisdictions different from your own,
we apply controls consistent with applicable law.
9. Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
If you delete your account (where available in the App), associated personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days,
subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory retention requirements.
Deletion requests can be initiated in the App via 【Settings】-【Account Management】.
10. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where applicable, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (security, improvement, abuse prevention),
consent (where required, e.g. certain optional processing), and legal obligation.
Where applicable under GDPR/UK GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal rights,
subject to applicable legal exceptions.
11. Tracking and platform privacy disclosures
- We do not sell personal data and do not share personal data with data brokers.
- Where tracking consent frameworks apply (for example, platform-level tracking permissions), we follow platform rules and user choices.
- Our privacy policy, in-app disclosures, and store disclosures (such as App Store privacy details and Google Play Data safety) are intended to stay materially consistent with actual app behavior and integrated SDKs.
- If data practices change, we update disclosures and this policy accordingly.
12. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format where applicable.
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
You can exercise many choices inside the App (including account deletion where offered). For privacy-related questions or requests, please use the in-app feedback channel described below.
You can access account controls and request account deletion directly in the App via 【Settings】-【Account Management】 page.
For California residents (where applicable), rights may include knowing/accessing categories of personal information, correction, deletion, and non-discrimination.
We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in this policy.
13. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please reach out through the App’s feedback feature and we will promptly review and delete such information where appropriate.
14. App permissions (iOS and Android)
The App requests only permissions required for core features. Typical permissions for this build include:
- Internet — connect to sign-in, sync, AI, and update services.
- Microphone (record audio) — only when you record voice clues; you can deny and still use non-voice features where available.
- iOS permission handling — microphone access is requested by iOS at runtime when voice capture is initiated; permission can be changed in system Settings.
- Android permission handling — microphone access is requested by Android at runtime when voice capture is initiated; permission can be changed in system Settings.
Other capabilities (e.g. opening files or email) may use system components without extra sensitive permissions, or may be added in future updates;
we will update this policy when collection practices change materially.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version at this page and change the “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy, unless applicable law requires additional steps.
