Terms of Service (EULA)

These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “EULA”) govern your use of the LogLogic mobile application (the “App”) published by Xu Xiuzhen (“we,” “us,” or “Developer”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Services

LogLogic is a professional productivity companion for iOS and Android. It helps you capture and organize work “clues” (notes and optional voice clips), generate AI-assisted daily and periodic reports, sync data when signed in, and access optional paid subscription features. We may modify, improve, or discontinue features to maintain service quality, security, and compliance.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

• You must comply with applicable laws and store platform rules when using the App.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information needed for sign-in, sync, and subscription verification.

3. Auto-renewable subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Subscription titles, billing periods, and prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by storefront or promotional pricing.

Current subscription products include:

Where applicable, yearly prices represent the total price for one year; monthly prices represent the total price for one month. Local currency and tax-inclusive pricing displayed by Apple or Google at checkout control the amount charged.

• Payment. Purchases are billed to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal charge. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal in your device’s App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Refund requests are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies. We do not process store payment refunds directly.
• Free trial / introductory offers. If offered, any unused portion of a free trial or introductory period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable under store rules.

Paid features remain available until the end of the current paid period after cancellation, unless otherwise required by the applicable store.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the App, its APIs, or integrated AI services.
• Use automated bots or scripts to overload or circumvent usage limits.
• Upload, store, or transmit illegal content or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, or third-party systems connected to the App.

5. AI-generated content disclaimer

Reports and other outputs may be generated using AI based on content you provide. While we strive for useful and accurate results, AI output may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for professional, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. LogLogic is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its branding, and underlying software are owned by the Developer or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the license needed for us to operate the App (for example, processing, storage, sync, and AI features you request).

7. Account termination and data

You may request account deletion in the App via Settings > Account Management. Data handling after deletion is described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the App unlawfully.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the Developer’s jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection or store-platform rules in your region provide otherwise.
